Not sure as to why people and pundits want to over complicate the real estate investing process. Often times, we get the "Paralysis by Analysis" of properties. What actually ends up happening is we miss out on a tremendous opportunity and upside, especially if we just stuck with our gut. I am NOT saying we buy just to buy, that would be silly. However, we do not need to consult a guru each time we look at a deal and it just flat out makes sense.
